Our founder, Katherine, is always trying new things and loves so many products, restaurants, fashion moments etc. This edit is a round up of the things that stood out most to her throughout May!

Faves in Beauty

Saint Jane Mucin Cream: There’s a reason this keeps selling out on GLW. Its truly incredible and delivers glowy, glass skin. I use this every morning and every other night and have noticed amazing results.

Thrive Cosmetics Mascara: I’ve been using this mascara for a few months now. I recently tried to use another mascara and immediately regretted it, which means this one is “the one”. Its a tubing mascara so it doesnt smudge and even passes the sweaty workout test. I use the brown shade and love that its not so intense.

Golden Secrets Lash Serum and Brow Serum: This is not a new product for me but I havent used it consistently for a long time. I have been really consistent with it for the last 2 months and notice a great improvement with my lashes. I have also been using the brow serum and notice amazing results as well. Both are completely non toxic and non irritating.

Faves in Wellness

Black Seed Oil: Nothing new here but I have gone in and out of using Black Seed Oil for over 8 years and more recently ive been very much on. I truly notice the difference, i feel less inflamed, more resilient- even with all the travelling I do. I think this is a real game changer and something everyone could benefit from taking. There is no particular brand to look for- you just want organic, cold pressed, in a dark glass bottle.

Sera & Mattina Rest & Digest: This is such a great product. I take 2 when i get into bed and on the nights i do i sleep so deeply and wake up feeling refreshed and my stomach feeling “flat”! I dont take every night but I think i will be incorporating it more regularly because i really love the way it makes me feel.

Ice bath for the face: This is the only way to start the day and truly do not feel the same without doing it. On the odd day I haven’t been able to do it while travelling i miss it. This really sets your brain up for a good day, completely de puffs the skin and eyes totally tightens the face and I even think it makes my botox last longer!

Faves in Fashion

Beach Pants: I live in Miami half of the time and have been obsessed with flowy, linen or cotton beach pants. I love the look with a bikini or a easy tank or tee! Such a great way to look chic and comfortable in the summer months.

Ballet Flats: Nothing new here! I know ballet flats have been trending for a while now. I adopted the trend late but I now cant live without them! I am loving all the Alaia ones, Miu Miu and mango!

Workout Shrugs: I adore a workout set. I really enjoy getting dressed for a workout and looking cute. Recently i’ve gotten a few shrugs and I think it’s such a fun way to take a workout outfit and make it even better!

Faves in Travel

New York:

Happier Grocer: They make homemade milks (no gums, no seed oils, no weird stuff), and the whole place is just a vibe. After fueling up with a matcha, I headed to my best friend’s apartment in Tribeca—one of my favorite neighborhoods in the city.

Via Carota: a timeless NYC staple. The food is simple, clean, and perfect, and in the springtime, the ambiance is unbeatable.

Zero Bond: a private members club in Soho. The food is delicious, the vibe is effortlessly cool, and it’s always a good place to end the night.

RH Rooftop: A total NYC hack. RH (yes, the furniture store) is a hidden gem: quiet, luxurious, beautifully air-conditioned, with great food and pristine bathrooms on every floor.

Faves in Workout

Gabi’s Fitness: I love this method- i do it in miami all the time. full body, 45 mins, all the little muscles you never work and no workout gets me as sore. I also love the online platform!

Faves in Restaurant

LPM Miami: One of my faves but it had been a while since i had been back and wow so good! Refined dining with a. good vibe! Highly recommend!

Arthurs Montreal – I love Arthur’s in the summer- get the Kg salad .. duh! Such a fun place for brunch or lunch, always a good atmosphere.
