Ingredients for Salad:
- 3 cups shredded napa cabbage
- 3 cups shredded red cabbage
Ingredients for Vinaigrette:
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp tamari/ coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
Directions:
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Pour over the cabbage mixture.
- Top with sesame seeds and serve. Garnish with cilantro (optional).
