This is one of my more recent favourite salad dressings, I originally created it for my Artichoke Heart of Palm Dill Salad, but use it all the time on all different salads. It’s easy to make, super delicious, and healthy of course.

I made it! It was excellent. I put all of the ingredients into my Nutribullet and blended it. So easy and delicious!
