It’s that time again! Time for the #KGChallenge – so here we are. What we eat literally defines how we feel, how we appear and having good eating habits and routines are a major part of my life. I eat this way 80-90% of the time, but this is not a diet; it is my lifestyle and a way to show ourselves that we don’t realize how shitty we are eating, or how shitty our bodies feel, until we make major changes. I used to think I felt amazing until I changed my lifestyle and eating habits and actually saw what it was to feel amazing. I am not a doctor, a nutritionist or naturopath as you know, but I have tried every diet, every supplement and I can tell you from years of trial and error that we are in fact what we eat.

Being a member of this site and following the KGMTL/GLWGRLS IG has sparked an enormous shift in my mindset towards self-care that I have really lacking in the past year.
