This is literally the easiest and quickest sweet treat that I have been making for years. It’s delicious served over ice cream, frozen yogurt or on its own. It takes all of 10 minutes and it satisfies any sweet craving!
Banana Almond Brûlée
Servings 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1 banana sliced lengthwise
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- Cinnamon sprinkled
Instructions
- Turn oven on broil. Arrange banana on a small baking tray. Drizzle with honey and cinnamon. Broil 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from oven, add almonds and broil another 30 seconds to 1 minute keeping an eye out that almonds don't burn. Serve over ice cream, yogurt or alone and enjoy!
