This healthy dessert is the perfect sweet treat after any meal. Can serve it with ice cream of your choice or even yogurt. Satisfying all year round.
Berry Crumble

Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries can use frozen be sure to thaw before
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 5 tbsp almond flour divided
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/3 cup coconut oil at room temp
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325F.
- In a large bowl, add honey, lemon juice, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp almond flour and berries. Mix together until all the berries are covered.
- Pour berry mixture into a baking dish.
- In another bowl mix together Old-Fashioned Oats, maple syrup, 3 tbsp almond flour, coconut oil and cinnamon. Combine them all.
- Cover top of pie with crumble mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool at least 10-15 mins before serving and enjoy!
