Berry Crumble

This healthy dessert is the perfect sweet treat after any meal. Can serve it with ice cream of your choice or even yogurt. Satisfying all year round. 

Berry Crumble

Cook Time 25 minutes
Servings 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries can use frozen be sure to thaw before
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 5 tbsp almond flour divided
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil at room temp
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 325F.
  • In a large bowl, add honey, lemon juice, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp almond flour and berries. Mix together until all the berries are covered.
  • Pour berry mixture into a baking dish.
  • In another bowl mix together Old-Fashioned Oats, maple syrup, 3 tbsp almond flour, coconut oil and cinnamon. Combine them all.
  • Cover top of pie with crumble mixture.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool at least 10-15 mins before serving and enjoy!
