This has been my go-to smoothie as of late and it reminds me so much of this frozen yogurt i used to have growing up. Its so delicious and filling. If you want it to be more of a frozen yogurt/ ice cream type texture add less liquid and more fruit. I do it somewhere in between and make sure to use frozen fruits.
Fro-yo Smoothie Recipe
Servings 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries can sub strawberries, both work
- 1 serving vanilla protein I use NuFyx
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup filtered water
Instructions
- Blend and enjoy
- Adjust liquid and fruits to your liking for optimal thickness!
- Enjoy with a straw or a spoon
