If you didn’t already know, I kind of have a thing for cauliflower. This recipe is from the @gjelinarestaurant cookbook, which is amazing! This is a great side dish to add to any meal. Filled with flavours, it’s a definite crowd pleaser.

Gjelina Cauliflower
Servings 4 persons
Ingredients
- 1 Head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- 3 Cloves Garlic Chopped
- 2 tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley Chopped
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 500F
- In a mixing bowl, mix together cauliflower, avocado oil, salt & pepper
- Heat a cast iron pan on high heat and cook cauliflower until starting to brown, about 3-4 minutes
- Remove pan from stove and place into the oven
- Cook for 5 minutes and then remove and flip over an cook again for another 3 minutes
- Remove from oven and season with garlic, parsley, chilli flaks and vinegar
- Mix all together in skillet, once coated and mixed together transfer to serving dish and enjoy!
