If you didn’t already know, I kind of have a thing for cauliflower. This recipe is from the @gjelinarestaurant cookbook, which is amazing! This is a great side dish to add to any meal. Filled with flavours, it’s a definite crowd pleaser.

Gjelina Cauliflower

Course Appetizer, Side Dish
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Servings 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 1 Head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley Chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 500F
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together cauliflower, avocado oil, salt & pepper
  • Heat a cast iron pan on high heat and cook cauliflower until starting to brown, about 3-4 minutes
  • Remove pan from stove and place into the oven
  • Cook for 5 minutes and then remove and flip over an cook again for another 3 minutes
  • Remove from oven and season with garlic, parsley, chilli flaks and vinegar
  • Mix all together in skillet, once coated and mixed together transfer to serving dish and enjoy!
