Swimwear:
It’s now cool – I found this brand in the winter and the price point is great for the fit and quality. They make really cute, fun styles and have great matching cover ups!
Facial Tools:
Pink Balls and Ice Roller– I am all about the de puffing and snatchhing! I eat out more in the summer months and consume more alcohol which leads to puffier mornings. The combo of these two tools is insane! I start with the ice roller to de-puff and then snatch things up with the pink balls tool. I leave both in my freezer for maximum benefits!
Recipes:
Lobster Lettuce Cups- I have been loving my Lobster Lettuce Cup recipe from my book. I either eat it in lettuce cups or I add it into a salad and it’s so delicious, light and fresh. (link book)
Asparagus Mushroom Summer Pasta- The local asparagus has been so amazing here in Montreal, so I have been making this a lot! It’s easy to throw together and a complete meal in one dish! Kris loves it too!

Loot – Recently started watching this on Apple+ it’s light and fun to watch!
Supplements:
Oops I did it again by WTHN- I have been thriving thanks to these! This little prepack is so helpful on the nights I eat out, and indulge a little more than usual. I wake up feeling great!
Magnesium L-Threonate by Cymbiotika – I literally can not live without this product. I take it in the morning with my matcha and it’s such a powerful form of magnesium. I feel my mood elevate, my brain function checks into gear and really sets the tone for a productive day with great energy.
Beauty- Kari Gran Tinted SPF 30– This product has eliminated the use for makeup during the day on the hot days. It gives a beautiful light coverage, plumps the skin and leaves you looking super glowy.

Asparagus Mushroom Summer Pasta: I am not a big cook but we posted this on GLW a few weeks ago, and I have made it once a week since! It’s so easy and delicious!
Collagen Sangria: It’s been hot in MTL, so I’ve been having friends over on my rooftop pool and making Sangria (obvi). Clearly, why not add those extra health benefits by adding Collagen!
Juicing: I walk every Sunday morning from the Old Port to Atwater market. I came across this cute Juice Bar, Margot, where I have been ordering a different juice every week. I also stock up on their Detox Juice – so good and fresh.
TV Shows:
The Staircase: Binge watched this in two days – so good!
The OC: This is an old one but one of the best. I’ve watched this series a few times but I am back on season 1 and will be watching this for the next few weeks! Summer and Seth, forever.
Tools:
TSC Hot Mess ice Roller: Listen up, it’s unisex!!! I am obsessed with ice rolling my face every morning (and sometimes evening). It really does feel amazing and depuffs your face. 10/10 recommend.

Workouts:
After stopping competitive swimming 10 years ago, it’s been hard for me to find a workout I enjoy and am consistent at. A few months ago my friend Chanel suggested we try a spin class and I’m hooked. I absolutely love the vibe. It’s dark and they blast music. I’ve been going to Le Spin in Montreal and I can’t wait for my next class.
Food:
It’s BBQ season so obviously all my meals have been on the grill! I’m loving the Spicy Herb Chicken Burgers, this recipe is on constant rotation at my house.
Entertainment:
Just like Gio, I’m rewatching the O.C. It was such a force in high school when it aired. The nostalgia is hitting me hard!
I’m also a big fan of reading. New author obsession; Colleen Hoover. I’ve been flying through all of her books. Don’t know which one to start at? Doesn’t matter. They’re all great reads.
Makeup:
I’m not a huge makeup person but I absolutely love lip gloss and I’ve been using the Elixir Gloss from Vapour Beauty in color Pout every day! If you haven’t already bought it, you should! It’s the perfect color. You can find it on the GLW Shop!
