This is by far the easiest and tastiest homemade granola you will ever make. You can eat it with yogurt, with overnight oats, fresh fruit even ice cream!
This recipe will stay fresh in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.
Homemade Coconut Granola
Servings 4 cups
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 3 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Hemp
- 1/4 cup Chia
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 300F
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a small pot on medium heat, add honey and coconut oil whisking until liquified remove from heat add in cinnamon and whisk together until combined.
- In a large mixing bowl pour in the oats, hemp, chia and shredded coconut and add in the coconut oil honey mixture stirring together until coated.
- Spread evenly on baking sheet
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, make sure to keep an eye on it every few minutes to check it's not getting too brown as it tends to burn quickly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes - will be crunchy!
- Can be served with yogurt, overnight oats, as cereal! Enjoy!
