Maple-Garlic Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients
- 1 Butternut Squash peeled and cubes
- 4 Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1 1/2 TBSP Avocado Oil
- 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 400F, prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl mix together the cubes of squash, oil, garlic, maple syrup, salt and pepper.
- Mix until the squash is well coated.
- Spread them out on your baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Want them crispy? Broil an additional 2-3 minutes
