Maple-Garlic Roasted Butternut Squash

Course Side Dish
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes
Servings 4 servings


  • 1 Butternut Squash peeled and cubes
  • 4 Garlic Cloves crushed
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Avocado Oil
  • 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Pre-heat the oven to 400F, prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a large bowl mix together the cubes of squash, oil, garlic, maple syrup, salt and pepper.
  • Mix until the squash is well coated.
  • Spread them out on your baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Want them crispy? Broil an additional 2-3 minutes
