Shrimp Tacos
Servings 2 people
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 12-14 medium size shrimp
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
- Sea salt and pepper
Instructions
- Clean and cut shrimp into 1 inch cubes. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, 1 tbsp avocado oil and all seasoning. Coat and toss until combined. Let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes, the longer the better.
- Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a warmed skillet or pan, once oil is hot, add shrimp. Cook about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Once shrimp is almost cooked, add in broth and let it come to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low until most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Serve with your favorite tortillas or hard shells and toppings of choice and ENJOY
