Katherine isn’t the only product and beauty junkie in our family. I have always been a lover of beauty products, more specifically makeup. I have always loved a good pharmacy find and have so much fun trying new products out and reporting back to my sisters and friends. Here are some of my favourites that I buy on repeat and why I love them.
Cetaphil Pro- Oily Skin Cleanser
This cleanser is a affordable and has changed my skin! My skin tends to be on the oilier side so I try to use products that target acne prone skin. This product works wonders. It helps keep my skin clear and minimizes pores. It’s definitely a holy grail product for me.
Tom’s Natural Deodorant
I made the transition to natural deodorant when I was pregnant with my daughter. I had tried many different ones, but I found this specific deodorant worked the best! It gets the job done in a natural way.
Live Body Wash
This is a clean product that gently cleans the body and doesn’t leave a sticky after feel. It foams up nicely and make my skin super soft. It also smells amazing.
Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation
This is one of my favourite pharmacy finds, it’s a great simple, hydrating foundation with good coverage. It doesn’t clog pores, goes on really nicely and has a nice radiant finish.
Maybelline Great Lash Mascara
There is just no other mascara that compares to this. It’s a staple for me, it’s a perfect everyday mascara that separates lashes well and really makes your eyes pop.
Derma-E Firming DMAE Eye Lift
This is a simple and effective morning and night eye cream. Its very gentle and makes my eyes look brighter and more rested.
Nivea Nourishing Body Milk
My whole family has always used and loved Kiehl’s Crème de Corps. I find this to be a great dupe. I actually discovered this product while watching a Desi Perkins YouTube video. It has a nice rich texture. It’s very soothing and gives your skin a nice glowy finish. Seriously an amazing body cream!
Marc Anthony Coconut Oil Spray
This hair spray is awesome because it is flexible, light weight and holds really well while smoothing the hair.
Burt’s Bee Glossy Lipstick
This is a great everyday lipstick. It is natural, moisturizing and gives good pigment. It’s a staple in my makeup drawer.
