This is one of my favourite shakes ever. Minimal ingredients, easy to make, filling and super delicious. Straight to the point.
Vanilla Peanut Butter and Banana Shake

Equipment
- Blender or Vitamix
Ingredients
- ½ frozen banana if banana is not frozen, add ½ cup ice
- 1 tsp natural peanut butter
- 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk plain or vanilla
- 1 scoop vanilla plant protein Cymbiotika
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp flax seed
Instructions
- Place the banana in a blender (I use my Vitamix). Add in your milk.
- Add in the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Notes
Great for breakfast or a post workout snack. This same recipe can be used with other fruit too in substitute of the banana.
