Zaatar Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4-6 russet potatoes depending on size, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp zaatar
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 F. Prep baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add cut up potatoes and season with olive oil, minced garlic, zaatar, salt and pepper.
- Spread evenly on baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a little crispy.
- Remove from oven and add more salt if needed, and enjoy!
