Bamboo silica or living silica is something my father has taken daily for years and I never really asked about it because he takes so many different things I didn’t think too deeply about it. A few years back I read the book Eating for Beauty by David Wolfe and he mentioned how amazing silica was for our bones, skin, hair and nails and how incredible it is for overall body function. Obviously, I needed to know more!
