This is the easiest recipe and I don’t know what took me so long to make these. I like to use Siete tortilla wraps but you can use any tortilla you’d like and it will be delicious. I eat this folded in half, almost like a taco and they really do satisfy any pizza craving! You can build these however you’d like, below are the ingredients I generally use.
Vegan Tortilla Pizza
Servings 1 pizza
Ingredients
- 1 to rtilla
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce I use Raos
- Red bell pepper sliced
- Green olives sliced
- Red onion sliced
- Mushrooms sliced
- Vegan mozzarella
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 350F. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Meanwhile build your pizzas on the baking tray. Lay tortilla flat, add tomato sauce, top with veggies & vegan cheese.
- Bake pizzas for 5-7 minutes (until cheese is starting to melt) and then change oven temperature to broil. Move tray to top rack and broil for 1-2 minutes until edges of tortillas are crispy and cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from oven, let sit a few minutes and enjoy!
