My dad is basically a health guru and teaches me so much about superfoods, nutrition and natural products. This is one of his smoothie recipes that he’s shared with me. Wanted to pass it on!
Anti Inflammatory Smoothie
Servings 2 servings
Ingredients
- 3-4 lengths Organic Turmeric peeled (wear gloves)
- 1 Juice of lemon
- 1/4 cup Goji berries
- 1 cup Frozen Mango
- 1 Banana
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk can use any non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high quality blender (like a Vitamix)
- Blend until smooth
- Enjoy
