Since we’re all practicing physical distancing and staying safe indoors, heading to the gym isn’t an option. Here are some Instagram accounts of home workouts that I’ve been loving during this time.
- @jonchaimberg – Jon has been my trainer for almost 10 years, he is known for his tough love and tougher workouts. He goes LIVE daily with amazing workouts.
- @apcgym – Gym which is owned by Jon, has great workouts as well including yoga!
- @gabigarbarino – She’s my sister! She gives incredible workouts on her page and goes live once or twice a week. No equipment required, lengthening, toning workouts! Full body, around 45-50 minutes.
- @vanessacostanzo – She is awesome, she has a website called www.vbodlife.com where you can subscribe for $9.99/ month she has tons of great workouts and adds 2 new workouts a week.
- @melissawoodhealth – She has a great subscription based website for lengthening, toning workouts that are very calming yet challenging.
- @isaacboots – He does daily Live workouts and then saves many of them to IGTV. These are sweaty, intense workouts that burn!
