Daily Routine: KG Edition - Girls Living Well; Click here to see KG's routine on Girls Living Well! My routine hasn’t changed much, but I've added rituals that I swear by. My routine hasn’t changed all that much since quarantine started, but I have added some little rituals that I now swear by. I thought it would be fun to share what my typical day looks like during quarantine. 

6:45AM Wakeup- I get up instantly, there no laying around in bed scrolling, I wake up and get up, this is something I always do, especially on weekdays. It’s the best way for me to start the day. If I lay in bed it sets a lazy tone to my day. 

6:45- 7:00 Morning Skincare & Facial Massage

7:00- 7:30 Lemon Water, Open windows, start my essential oil diffusers and light some candles. Palo Santo myself and my home to set the vibe for the day. Prepare fruits for kris and my smoothie and set out on the counter to defrost. 

7:30- 7:45 Head back upstair to apply my SPF and makeup 

7:45-8:15 Coffee Time and check in with Kris to discuss what we each have planned that day

8:15-9:30 GOOD MORNING EVERYONE! Instagram segment and check in! Check some DMs 

9:30- 10:30 Workout or go for walk 

10:30 Breakfast smoothie #1 

10:45 Shower and moisturize. Put on my robe 

11:00 Breakfast smoothie #2 (drink other half of my smoothie) 

11:05- 12:30 Check and reply to emails, website check in, answer comments, see what’s on schedule for that day or what tasks I need to get done for following day. I add them into my schedule and make a day plan.  

12:30- 1:00 Lunch time- I answer DMs during lunch always 

1:00-2:00 Website content- either article writing, photo taking for recipes or beauty posts 

2:00-3:30 Meeting- I have phone calls, zoom meetings daily with different brands, my team or up coming projects

3:30 Matcha time or snack time! 

3:45-4:30 Afternoon stroll- I try to get outside (if I didn’t in the morning) and walk for at least 30 minutes 

4:30-5:15 Dinner Prep

5:15/5:30 Dinner Time… yes I know this is insanely early but I like it this way 

6:15 Dessert- I have a little piece of chocolate or something sweet. Kris and I debate what we want to watch and by debate I mean bicker lol 

7:00 Tea Time- I make a herbal tea, these days I am loving Tulsi Peppermint or Chai

7:15- 7:30 Nighttime skincare routine- as my tea steeps I wash my face and do my skincare routine. 

7:30 5-10 minute stretch

7:40- 8:30 Get into bed, drink my tea that has now cooled a bit and scroll Instagram a bit, see what’s going on. Check some DMs etc… 

8:30 Phone goes onto airplane mode, computer goes away if I have been working and I put on a show or movie with Kris and chill out 

10:00 Generally I’m dead asleep and then it all starts again the next day! 

Not overly exciting but this routine has kept me sane!
