Every so often I get asked how I cut and prep my vegetables. In the video I show you exactly how I do mine for the week. I find it’s easier to stay on a healthy streak if I have these at the ready. When it’s time for a snack or to make my Vitality Salad, it’s always more efficient that all my vegetables are already cut and ready to go. I usually spend my Sundays prepping my vegetables for the week. Follow along in the video below for how I do it!
