It’s been a minute since I’ve shared an oat recipe and this one is so amazing! Kris loves it and requests it all the time because they are jam packed with protein. They are also insanely delicious and filled with good for you ingredients that will keep you full for hours on hours. I recently found the brand Mumgry, which is a nut butter brand based out of Vancouver. They make the most delicious peanut butter and I have been using it in this recipe and it makes it even better. 

You can use the non-dairy milk of your choice and also the nut butter of your choice but this mixture is incredible! Top with all your faves!  

Overnight PB Chia Oats

Prep Time 10 minutes
4 hours
Servings 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk

Instructions

  • In a glass Tupperware add in oats and chia seeds. Mix oats and chia seeds together until well combined.
  • Add coconut milk and mix everything together. Then add in peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix really well until everything is fully combined. There should be a little milk on top of the mixture.
  • Cover and store in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours before eating/ serving. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days, enjoy!
