Who doesn’t love a piña colada? It’s a vacation staple and tastes like relaxation. This smoothie has that amazing piña colada vibe and flavour without all the refined sugars. It’s a great way to switch up your smoothies and try something new. We promise once you try this it will become a regular in your smoothie rotation.

Pro tip: use frozen fruits instead of adding ice to get a creamier texture!

Pina Colada Smoothie

Servings 2 servings


  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup mango
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp coconut manna/ butter
  • 2 cups coconut milk


  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend, serve and enjoy!
