Roasted Broccoli Salad
This is kind of a meal in itself, there are so many amazing flavors and its super satisfying, once you make this you will crave it more and more. If you haven’t tried this you’re missing out!
Zesty Herbed Rice
This rice is beyond delicious, fresh and flavorful. Rice is so comforting and warming and the mix of citrus, garlic and herbs really bring a unique freshness to your basic rice dish. Very easy to throw together and serve with veggies!
Emma’s Choices
Greek Lemon Potatoes
This has become a staple side dish in my house at least 3 times a week. I usually start off preparing these before even deciding what else to make for dinner. I keep them in the over slightly longer than the recipe calls for, to make them extra crispy.
Roasted Carrots with Tahini Dressing
Initially I made these because I bought a huge container of Tahini and figured it would take me forever to finish unless I used it in every meal. I could easily make this as the main part of my meal and be so satisfied. The blend of the flavours work so well together. Definitely a must try if you haven’t already!
Ginger-Lei’s Choices
Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts
So easy to make and they taste delicious! This will become a favourite even for the pickiest eater. This is my go-to when i don’t have a lot of time or energy to make something major. Also tastes great cold the next day for lunch.
