Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

This is an easy side dish to add to any meal. Simple and tasty, will convert even the toughest of critics of Brussels sprouts.

Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Servings 4 people

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Brussels Sprouts sliced lengthwise
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 3 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 3 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Sriracha
  • 3 Cloves Garlic smashed
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375F and coat baking sheet with coconut oil spray
  • In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix around to coat Brussels Sprouts
  • Evenly distribute the Brussels Sprouts on prepared baking sheet
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes depending on your preference
  • Enjoy!
