I have been loving tahini in my salad dressings, it gives the creamiest texture. I don’t always want that tahini taste so by adding herbs it kind of masks that taste but leave you with a delicious creamy texture. I created this vinaigrette with a bunch of herbs I had that were going to go bad and it ended up being delicious! This dressing works really well as a dipping sauce for chicken and shrimps as well!
