I strongly believe in balance and being able to indulge here and there and then getting right back on track the next day. However, as we are all too familiar with, there are those times where we indulge for many days or meals at a time. Sometimes when this happens, we tend to go through a few things, often we feel it’s “too late” and we have “messed up too badly” to get back on track, which by the way is the biggest mistake we make. There is no such thing as messing up when it comes to nutrition because each day is a chance to restart, reinvent and make better choices. That internal dialogue can be so damaging, and that guilt can inhibit you from being able to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle where guilt isn’t a factor.
