Over the years I have tried many healthier/ lighter Caesar Salad dressing recipes, and while many have been decent, none have truly made me feel like I was eating a real, steakhouse Caesar salad (if you know you know)! Last week I threw together like 4 different recipes I have used in the past to create what I believe is the closest thing to an authentic Caesar dressing without dairy or egg.   1. Can you sub pine nuts for either sunflower seeds or cashews? also how long will it be good for in the fridge?
