This salad dressing is my sister Tara’s go to, that she makes all the time and I am actually obsessed with. I started making it recently and it is one of my current favourites. I eat a lot of salad so switching up the dressing is necessary to keep it somewhat exciting. This dressing is really good and pretty basic, easy for anyone to enjoy. It also has a good amount of garlic which is super immune boosting and has antibacterial properties, given the current COVID situation getting raw garlic into your diet important.

Tara's Garlic Maple Dressing

Course Dressing
Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 2 cups

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup minced garlic approx. 5-6 cloves
  • 4 tbsp grainy mustard
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Sea salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your favourite salad dressing jar or mason jar. Combine garlic, mustard, vinegar, maple syrup and slowly add into olive oil. Shake it all up, add in sea salt and pepper.
  • Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks, enjoy!
