This dressing was originally created for my Roasted Vegetable Lentil Salad but it’s so delicious and can be used on any salad you’d like. It’s even great a marinade for chicken or fish… try it you wont be disappointed.

Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

Course Dressing
Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 1 cup


  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 3 limes juice
  • 1/3 cup cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Sea Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Using a blender or nutribullet add all ingredients and blend on high speed until combined. Should be a nice green colour and a nice thick consistency. Adjust flavours to your liking!
  • Pour over salad or use as a marinade and enjoy!

If you are using as a marinade I always recommend marinating overnight or at least 1 hour before cooking.
