I am constantly trying out new health trends, supplements and workouts because I like to be in the “know” but mostly because there is no real harm in trying new things. You never know what will work for you and how starting one small healthy habit can transform your life. I am a big fan of one small step leads to you to the next step, especially when it comes to forming healthy routines. A big part of getting healthier both physically and mentally is routine, and that’s because there is really only one way for something to actually work- consistency. It sounds cheesy when you hear the phrase “consistency is key” but the truth is, it is! You can’t do something for 1 week and assume it will change your life forever. Adapting healthy habits and sticking to them is really the only way to take your health to the next level so you can start feeling your best.
