There’s nothing more refreshing than enjoying sangria while outside (obviously don’t forget to apply SPF). I like to add Holi Mane to my sangria. Why not add in those beauty benefits where you can! Collagen is great for your hair, skin and nails. I always include a scoop of it in my morning coffee too!
My sangria recipe is a take of the traditional way to make it, except I don’t use Brandy. Can always add in 1/3 cup for some extra sweetness. I find this way is sweet enough and refreshing. I also like my sangria a little bubbly.
Collagen Sangria
Servings 1 pitcher
Ingredients
- 1 pitcher The one used is 1.85L
- 1 Bottle Red Wine I choose a more dry wine to balance out the added sweetness
- 2 scoops Holi Mane
- 1 bottle sparkling water or soda 750ml sometimes I switch this for Champagne
- Ice fill bottom
- ¾ cup Orange Juice I fresh squeeze 3 oranges
- 1 cup White Cranberry juice unsweetened
- Orange slices to garnish
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water, add 2 scoops of Holi Mane. Mix well. Let cool, can even be placed in the fridge. Best blended with a hand blender/whisk.
- Add ice to pitcher. I like to fill the bottom well with ice.
- Add in bottle of wine, Holi Mane, orange juice, white cranberry juice and sparkling water (or sometimes I use Champagne) Stir everything
- Include some orange slices
- Serve as is or garnish with more orange slices
