Say hello to a new type of Hummus! This edamame hummus is beyond good you will be thinking about it for days! It can be served with crackers or even spread on a toast. This recipe was contributed by the incredible Jen from @z.e.n.e.r.g.y.
Edamame Hummus Dip
Servings 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups shelled cooked edamame
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup ice water
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 big handful cilantro
- serve with Crackers or cut up veggies
Instructions
- throw all the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth!
- serve with crackers or spread on a toast
