Say hello to a new type of Hummus! This edamame hummus is beyond good you will be thinking about it for days! It can be served with crackers or even spread on a toast. This recipe was contributed by the incredible Jen from @z.e.n.e.r.g.y.

Edamame Hummus Dip

Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shelled cooked edamame
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup ice water
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 big handful cilantro
  • serve with Crackers or cut up veggies

Instructions

  • throw all the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth!
  • serve with crackers or spread on a toast
