Kris and I are huge fans of Crab Cakes, but it’s hard to find places that make them without gluten or breading and frying them. I have been on a mission to make them at home, with ingredients that I like and have finally succeeded. These are delicious and a great way to switch up your weeknight meals!
*Depending where you live and what you have access to, it can be hard to find good quality lump crab meat. I purchased mine from Oyster Blood, here in Montreal and it is wild caught crab that has been cooked and packaged locally.
