This is an easy side dish to add to any meal. Simple and tasty, will convert even the toughest of critics of Brussels sprouts.
Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts
Servings 4 people
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Brussels Sprouts sliced lengthwise
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- 3 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 3 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 TBSP Sriracha
- 3 Cloves Garlic smashed
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 375F and coat baking sheet with coconut oil spray
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix around to coat Brussels Sprouts
- Evenly distribute the Brussels Sprouts on prepared baking sheet
- Bake for 30-35 minutes depending on your preference
