I like to eat plant based about 80% of the time and I am always trying out new things to keep it exciting, flavorful and keep my husband satisfied. This was a recipe I came up with and tested out during quarantine and have finally perfected it! These are so delicious served with pasta, zoodles, spaghetti squash or even served alone with a salad.
