Over the years I have tried many healthier/ lighter Caesar Salad dressing recipes, and while many have been decent, none have truly made me feel like I was eating a real, steakhouse Caesar salad (if you know you know)! Last week I threw together like 4 different recipes I have used in the past to create what I believe is the closest thing to an authentic Caesar dressing without dairy or egg.
