These are an old recipe I used to make all the time and always had in my fridge and freezer. They are filled with plant protein, fats and nutrients all while being delicious and the perfect sweet treat. Kris absolutely loves them and reminded me about them a few weeks ago. I have been making them again weekly and he eats 3 or 4 at a time and then demands I make more once he finishes them. These are great pre or post workout as well for on the go! I like to make these with almond butter and sometimes peanut butter, you can sub with the nut butter of your choice and even use sunflower butter if you have a nut allergy.
