I was never really a foundation lover or user in my 20s but as I have gotten more into makeup sometimes it’s just really nice to have your skin look like a doll. Who doesn’t want flawless skin? Right? I have literally tried all of the “holy grail” foundations out there and have compiled my list of faves. Keep in mind: I don’t like the full coverage, cakey, matte look, I go for more of a radiant, hydrated, real skin look. If that’s your vibe this post is for you!

I smell really good… Seriously! I’m not trying to be narsistic, but it’s just a FACT! I have been wearing the same scent for over ten years and I truly believe it will never change. If I have been somewhere, you can tell, this scent, for those who know me, is synonymous to me. People will call me hours after I have left somewhere telling me they knew I was there because they smelt me… Sounds creepy, but it is just the truth.

It is no secret that I live in basic tank tops. I wear them under most outfits (or as outfits) and truly believe that comfort is key. I love ribbed tanks, cropped tanks, form fitting tanks… Not that picky as long as they flatter my figure. As many of you know, I have been a loyal bulletproof coffee (see article here) drinker for YEARS – but ever since I transitioned into food combining, some of my routines have changed, mainly caffeine. I still believe in and LOVE my BPC, but after cutting it out for a month to focus on food combining, cold brew coffee was suggested to me when re-adding caffeine into my life. I had heard the term “cold brew” for years and never really thought about it much or ever looked into it until recently.
