Girls Living Well head office is located in Montreal, Canada, so we decided to share black-owned businesses in our own hometown. • Le Nil Bleu : Ethiopian restaurant (have a lot of vegan options. People who are vegan and love spicy food generally adore the flavorful cuisine of this country)

• Agrikol : Good introduction to haitian restaurant located in the Gay Village. The decor is really authentic and perfect for IG pictures.
• Resto Palme : Caribbean restaurant in the Gay Village.
• Orhéma : Haitian Restaurant in Laval.
• Le Maqui : African Lounge in Rosemont. The music varies from Hip-Hop, Rap and even Afrobeats depending on the night. Currently closed due to Covid-19
• 3 Couteaux : Private Chef. His brunches are popular. He posts recipes on his IG account.
• Shadmas : Haitian restaurant
• LS Cream Liqueur : Haitian Cremas. Alcoholic beverages available at SAQ.
• Épices de Cru : Boutique located in Marché Jean-Talon selling tea and spices.
• Fruitement Vôtre : Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables
• Jardins Lakou : Eco-friendly farm growing vegetables from the Caribbean by black farmers.
• Manba : Haitian peanut butter with spice. They also sell almond butter with spice.
• Cajou Cuisine : Monthly cooking boxes for kids in order to learn different cultures.
• Spa chez soi : At-home spa services.
• Maison Petite and Bold : Headwraps and Lifestyle products made in West African, but the company is based in Montreal. Founded by the influencer Josiane Konté.

• Kika Curls : Haircare products
• Ann & Eli Apothecary : natural products formulated by holistic health coach.
• JayTrain : Gym founded by personal trainer Coach
• Vanessa Joseph Creations : Extravagant wedding cakes.
