And it’s coming back! Let’s get ready for the next #KGChallenge of 2022. With everything going on in the world, we thought it was a good time to get those healthy habits in check. This time we’ve kicked it up a notch and have created a level 1 and 2 version for you to follow. For those who are new, level 1 is the perfect place to start. It’s a great way to develop healthy habits in the 21 days. For those who are not new to the challenge, we’ve added another layer onto it for you.

I need to get back on track with my good eating habits! This will be a good way! I’ll start with level 1 for the KG challenge, and I’ll think about adding level 2 after to build things up gradually. The food combining is really new to me, never heard of this. I will definitely look into it. Thanks for the inspo and support KG! 🙂
