Vitamin O’Clock: When and How to Take Your Vitamins

The world of vitamins and supplements is overwhelming to say the least. Everyday there is another incredible supplement or vitamin that we should be taking for every benefit under the sun. My approach to vitamins and supplements has changed over the years, I used to take 12-15 different things in a day, now I stick to very few, but necessary supplements. I do think that taking certain vitamins are important and it varies from person to person but truthfully, most of us are taking supplements we don’t even know if we need and on top of that taking them at the wrong times.
