We all love a cold, sweet popsicle in the hot summer months but could do without the added sugars and chemicals! I made the most delicious sweet yet tart popsicles with ingredients that don’t just taste good but are packed with benefits!
GLWSICLES
Servings 6 popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 Can Coconut milk
- 1 Cup Pineapple
- 1 Cup Sea Buckthorn Berries (optional)
- 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender, blend until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle moulds, add in sticks and place into the freezer.
- They generally take about 3-4 hours to get fully frozen! Enjoy
