We all love a cold, sweet popsicle in the hot summer months but could do without the added sugars and chemicals! I made the most delicious sweet yet tart popsicles with ingredients that don’t just taste good but are packed with benefits! 

 

GLWSICLES

Course Dessert
Prep Time 10 minutes
Freeze 1 day
Servings 6 popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 1 Cup Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Sea Buckthorn Berries (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the blender, blend until smooth.
  • Pour into popsicle moulds, add in sticks and place into the freezer.
  • They generally take about 3-4 hours to get fully frozen! Enjoy
