For the past several months I’ve been following the principals of food combining and have noticed a big difference in my body. How I am able to maintain a healthy weight, the difference in my digestion and my energy levels. For a reminder of what food combining is, you can check out the post; Food Combining: the Basics & the Rules. Outlined in this video is a full day’s coverage of what I eat throughout the average day along with time stamps to show you how far apart I wait between meals.

I think yr amazing at how you eat and how you take care of yourself! Yr skin/ hair/ nails look so healthy. I’m so proud to have a Montreal-er show us how it’s done. I’m also from Montreal, can I ask where you get your nails done?
thank you so much! @gabrielle.nails
I am really intrigued to try this! A lot of the things you eat I eat normally as well. I think my biggest struggle is snacks. Thanks for always putting out awesome content!
snacks are hard but when you eat fruit until noon you tend to stop having those afternoon snack cravings! try it 🙂
Thank you for this post and all of the information you provide. Regarding your dinner in this video, are the beets and Brussel sprouts your final portion or was that amount simply what was on your plate while you were filming? I understood that veggies are always unlimited? Thanks so much!
thank you! I will go back and eat more vegetables and salad. Yes, vegetables are unlimited
